Ventessa is made without artificial dealcoholization. Our sunny days favor optimal aromas, cold nights help preserve acidity, and the Ventessa wind accelerates the ripening of grapes without increasing the sugar level, yielding crisp flavors and naturally lower alcohol.
Ventessa Pinot Grigio is 100% hand harvested. So, we have no crushed berries, hence we experience no oxidation of flavors nor loss of aromas. By selecting bunch by bunch, the growers only send to the winery the healthy grapes.
